柴油机保养程序：
A 级保养
一、每日：
1）检查发电机工作日报。
2）检查发电机：机油平面，冷却液平面。
3）日检发电机有无损坏、掺漏，皮带是否松弛或磨损。
二、每周：
1）重复每日的A级检查。
2）检查空气滤清器，清洁或更换空气滤清器芯子。
3）放出燃油箱及燃油滤清器中的水或沉积物。
4）检查水过滤器。
5）检查起动蓄电池。
6）起动发电机并检查有无影响。
7）用空气枪及清水冼冷却器前后端的散热片。
B 级保养
1）重复A级每日和每周的检查。
2）更换发电机机油。（机油更换周期为250小时或一个月）
3）更换机油滤清器。（机油滤芯更换周期为250小时或一个月）
4）更换燃油滤清器滤芯。（更换周期为250小时或一个月）
5）更换冷却液或检查冷却液。（水滤芯更换周期为250-300小时，在冷却系统中加
注补充冷却液DCA）
6）清洁或更换空气滤清器。（空气滤清器更换周期为500-600小时）
C 级保养
1）更换柴油滤清器、机油滤清器、水过滤器，更换水箱中的水及机油。
2）调整风扇皮带涨紧度。
3）检查增压器。
4）拆、检及清洗PT泵、执行器。
5）拆开摇臂室盖，检查丁字压板，气门导管及进、排气门。
6）调整油嘴升程；调整气门间隙。
7）检查充电发电机。
8）检查水箱散热器及清洗水箱外部散热器。
9）水箱内加水箱宝，清洗水箱内部。
10)检查柴油机传感器及连接导线。
11)检查柴油机仪表箱。
D 级保养
1）更换机油、柴油、旁通、水滤清器，更换机油及发动机循环水。
2）清洁或更换空气滤清器。
3）拆开摇臂室盖，检查气门导管，丁字压板。
4）检查调整气门间隙。
5）更换摇臂室上下垫。
6）检查风扇及支架，并调整皮带。
7）检查增压器。
8）检查柴油机电气线路。
9）检查电机励磁部分线路。
10)检量仪表箱内连接线路。
11)检查水箱及外部清洗。
12)修理或更换水泵。
13)拆检壹缸主轴瓦及连杆瓦磨损情况。
14)检查或调整电子调速工作状况。
15)对准发电机润滑点压注润滑油脂。
16)对准发电机励磁部分进行除尘工作。
17)检查增压器轴向及径向间隙，如超差应及时修复。
18)清洗并校正喷油嘴、燃油泵
